Flying Stars Aspects for May

Hey everyone,

Hope this month's email finds you healthy, happy,  and sassy!! You deserve it!! The Month of May could be a good month for money and fortune but a trying month for stability in the earth energy and grounding. Periodically you may feel off balance and out of sorts this month.  Here is the Aspects for May. Remember to make your sun/moon water on the full and new moon to clear your energy.

The tornados which tore though  middle America gave credibility to the year's predictions. However, my prediction was off, I thought it may be an earthquake. Humm, who knew!!  The instability of the wind and earth this year gives way to natural disasters. The good news is the USA is in the West so the energy of the bagua is in a 9 for expansion, illuimination and celebration.

Here you go for the month's aspects and have a wonderful springtime with lots of new opportunity and fanfare!!

Flying Stars Monthly Aspects for May

The energy of your home does affect your well being.  It is easy to enhance your prosperity, health, and relationships by adjusting your home energy for clarity and direction. As you adjust monthly, the recommendations within this article and journal your changes, by the end of the month you will be so surprise at how subtle but inspiring the change. Only do a few adjustments at time if they seem too overwhelming. Work with only one direction of choice and add the next month. As you follow these recommendations monthly in this newsletter, it will change the way you view your home. Discipline yourself and your home to achieve your highest potential.

The month of May finds the Monthly Flying Stars lined up the Flying Stars of the original ba-gua bringing with it exceptionally good energy to some sectors of the home. This month use the directions of the Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast to enhance your career and money prosperity.

The bad news is-- May begins the month with the #5 star of instability flying to the center of the home and world.  This can cause a lot of instability in the government, earth energies of the earth such as volcanoes and earthquake, and instabilities within the home. Place salt in the center of the home this month to offset any unstable energy. Keep the center of the home quiet this month. No extra lighting or fire energy should be placed in the center of the home this month. If you are using salt lamps or candles do not light them this month in the center of the home.

The number #6 flies to the travel area of the home bringing with it discipline, logic, and authority to move you forward in your drive to your goals. In the Northwest of your home this month place metal in the form of 6 Chinese Coins or metals items in increments of 6.  The monthly #6 coupled with the annual #8 in the Northwest makes the Northwest sector of your home or room the most powerful of all this month for business advancement and promotion. Place water with citrine stone and Chinese coins in the Northwest of your home this month. This energy is strongest for the Pig and Dog and animals friend of both.

The #7 of instability flies to the West this month bringing an unsetting feeling to theWest of the home and the Rooster.  Place extra water in the West of the home to downplay and renew the energy. You may also place blue detergent in the West to slicken the metal of the #7.

The Northeast of the home or business can be profitable this month for everyone. The ox and tiger, especially, will see increases in money or promotion coming to them. The monthly #8 pairing with the original ba-gua #8 coupled with the annual #1 of career makes the Northeast also a seriously wonderful area of prosperity and promotion. Place citrine stones and water in the Northeast this year and leave it all year long!!

The #9 of expansion flies to the South this month bringing some negative energy to the south of the home and to the horse zodiac animal.  As it couples with the #2 of illness in the South there may be a tendency toward illness and accident. Simply take extra precautions this month with risk taking. Stay away from hospitals and sick people. Be especially careful of burn out this month. Get your rest, eat right, and exercise appropriately. Good health is something to be maintained not taken for granted. Work each day to become stronger physically by eating right, exercising moderately, and getting your rest.

The #1 of Career flies to the North. Place some water in this area to activate. TheNorth facing homes and Rat may see increases in money coming to them. However coupled with the #3 of conflict, you may feel conflicted about some decisions you may have to make about career and money. Use a red Buddha or a rooster placed in the north of your home to offset this energy. Place an elephant on his side with his ear to the ground to remind you to listen to the ideas of others. Remember the story of judgment and behavior. Stay flexible

The #2 of illness flies to the Southwest and the sector of  sheep, monkey and woman. Place extra metal and/ or your metal calabash or wu luo in this area to push down this energy. Be careful of burnout. Eat right, exercise appropriately, and get some serious rest.

The #3 star of conflict flies to the East and the place of the Rabbit this month. This coupling with the #5 can bring some unstable energy into all sectors of prosperity, relationship, and health, bringing change and a need to make solid decisions. Place a red Buddha or red Mandela in the East for resolution and wise decision-making. Carry clear crystals for clarity and wisdom. Replace your salt water cure in the East this month.

Place 4 bamboos in water in the South East this month for academic success. For romance place peonies in the Southeast.  If trying to get pregnant this month, use the Southeast of your home.

Due to the complexity of the Monthly Flying Stars Feng Shui, I am NOW making available a monthly conference call on the monthly aspects of Feng Shui to further help you to understand how the aspects may affect the energy of your life from month to month. Mid month the information will be posted on www.fengshuiaspects.com with  more information.

If you wish to be removed from the email list please let me know. Thank you.

Spring and Your April Feng Shui

Spring and Feng Shui

Spring is the sign of New Beginnings.  The spring begins a new cycle of making the decision to let go of the old and manifesting a vision to welcome the new. This means walking your talk. There is a lot of talking out there but it can only hold power for you when you walk it.  Believe me, when you talk and don’t walk, people quit listening.  When you walk the talk, people notice.

With the Spring Equinox, we move into the sign of Aries of action which this year immediately conjuncts Uranus, a planet of freedom and independence. Aries is a fiery sign, which rebels against the norm and is the risk taker. This is the time, to make put your walk into action.  The economy is stressful; the war disturbing, and the weather patterns are horrible. Everywhere, you hear people blaming and complaining. However, you can choose to react or respond to the difficulties in your life.  You can focus or scatter. You can choose to follow or lead. You can have sour lemons or make lemonade. That choice is always yours.

You can choose today and each day after to step through the fear of the unknown and have faith in your own abilities. Take a deep breath and put one foot in front of the other and make the changes you have been speaking of lately.

April  is an excellent time to start new beginnings. During the month of April the flying stars power number of  #6 flies to  the center of the home bringing with it  discipline, logic, and authority to move you forward in your drive to your goals. In the center of your home this month place metal in the form of 6 Chinese Coins or metals  items in increments of 6. Be sure to place the color blue or water in the center of the home as well.

The #7 of instability flies to the Northwest this month bringing an unsetting feeling to the Northwest. Place water with Citrine stones in the Northwest and/or change the water in the fountain already sitting there. At the end of this month, be sure to place the citrine stones from the fountain in salt water to cleanse before resetting for May.

The west of the home or business will be profitable this month for everyone. The Rooster may see changes in money at work or promotion with high profile recognition. The earth element pairing with the creative aspect of the West this month promotes high output or profit.   Use the West for all business dealings this month or face the West while negotiating business.  P
lace citrine stones in west to activate this aspect or carry citrine stones in your pocket for luck.

The #9 of expansion flies to the Northeast bringing money to career and the ox and tiger.  Place extra lighting in the northeast of your home to  bring illumination to career.  Be sure the annual water feature is in place.

The #1 of Career flies to the South. Place some water in this area to activate. The horse or South Facing homes may see increases in money coming to them, however, the horse  house this year needs to be careful of burnout or accident. Place a wu-lou at the front door of the South Facing house. The horse should have a wu-lou by their bed.

This month the Rat and north facing homes are prone to illness and accident. Place a wu-lou at the front door. The rat should have a wu-lou by their bed.

The month may be trying for the sheep, monkey and women. The #3 star of conflict flies to the Southwest bringing change and a need to make solid decisions. Place a red Buddha or red Mandala in the Southwest for resolution and wise decision-making. Carry  clear crystals for clarity and wisdom.

Place bamboo in water in the East this month for academic success. For romance place peonies. If trying to get pregnant this month, use the east of your home. Refresh  your salt water cure in the East this month.

Place Salt water in the Southeast  to calm the unstable energy of the #5.

On the new and full moon place a vase or container full of water on the earth  in the moon light to be used in your bath or  to drink.  This water of the moon creates a balance in the body  between the earth and the feminine energy of the moon and the masculine energy of the  heavens.  It cleanses, balances, and restores calm and peace.  It promotes clear thinking when clear decisions are needed. You may wish to cover the container  if you plan to drink it. The energy will still infuse through the glass.  It is important to remember to bring in the water before the sun comes up.

Next you can make Sun Water by placing more containers of water, exactly as you did with  the Moon water, in the sun on the day of or day after the full moon. The Sun water helps to balance the Yang energy of the body. Place the glass container on the ground in direct bright sunlight for about 30 minutes maximum. Too much energy is as bad as too little.  The sunlight will infuse the water with the full spectrum of universal light  energy--white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, and indigo-black--  and will nourish the part of the body associated with the corresponding color. This  can be very energizing and can help support the body  to heal from yin ailments  which are cold and damp in nature-cold, flu, pneumonia, intestinal and stomach weakness, etc.

Spring Equinox in Conjunction with Full Moon

Spring Equinox in Conjunction with Full Moon

Spring is the sign of New Beginnings.  Today begins a new cycle of making the decision to let go of the old and manifesting a vision to welcome the new.

According to Feng Shui principles, the spring season activates the element of wood. Wood holds the energy of new growth and creativity.  The wood element and the springtime is when focus and clarity is at its peak, however, the wood element also activates the unresolved emotions of anger.  Anger is housed in the liver and gall bladder, thus making the springtime an excellent time to become pro active for cleansing your body and getting your body in shape for the year.

As you are coming off the hibernation of the winter, the body energy is stagnant from lack of sunlight and fresh air.  Circulation is sluggish. This is the time to go outside, take some deep breaths and allow the new energy of spring to circulate through the body. Allow the sunlight and Vitamin D to soak through the skin and into the organs.  Begin a short exercise program if you have not already done so. Swimming, walking, Tai Chi, or easy yoga is a good way to start warming up the body for summer.

You may wish to add a short liver cleanse to your routine.  This cleanse will help the body release the toxins quicker as you are exercising. Apple cider vinegar is a great liver cleanse.  One that was recommended to me by a massage therapist is simply one with Apple Cider Vinegar. You take 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar stirred in water approximately 15 minutes before you each meal your eat or you can eat 2 tsp of Apple cider vinegar with your meals on a salad or in your food. Do this three times a day for three days in a row.  You may also take a 20 minutes soak in one quart of vinegar to a bathtub of water.

Disclaimer: As with anything, check with your medical doctor if you are on any medications or in ill health to make sure the cleanse is safe and does not interfere with medication.

During a cleanse you may feel somewhat headachy, tired, or nauseated.  You may see skin eruptions as the toxins are cleansed from the liver. This is normal, however be careful of too harsh of a cleanse.  They are totally unnecessary.

During your cleanse, remove all alcohol, tobacco, sugar, dairy, and soda from your diet. Try to eat raw fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

The detox foot baths and body massage will also help remove the toxins from your body quicker. You may also wish to use milk thistle as a liver rejuvenator.

After the cleanse you may find a new clarity and focus. This is the time to put vision into motion. Have a plan, start today by journaling your intentions for the things in your life that you wish to manifest. Each morning as you begin your day, get focused.

Enjoy, life is short. Don’t waste it on trivial worry. Life it with passion.

Full Moon Meditation for Peace and Calm

Tonight is the Full Moon and a good time to cleanse  your sun/moon mirrors, crystals, monthly and annual feng shui adjustments, and/or jewelry  in the moon light. If you have had struggles in your marriage, this is a good time  to clean your wedding rings to dissipate old negative issues and begin a new cycle of positive energy.

Place these items  in a glass bowl of water- outside on the earth- and let the moonlight  infuse  it. Secondly, place another vase or container full of water on the earth  in the moon light to be used in your bath or  to drink.  This water in the moon creates a balance in the body  between the earth and the feminine energy of the moon and the masculine energy of the  heavens.  It cleanses, balances, and restores calm and peace.

Tonight--in the full light of the moon, meditate, journal, and expand upon the mysteries of life. Say a prayer for those around you in need. I especially ask that you  pray for Japan and its people as well as the earth. The earth, the sky and the water have been contaminated with radiation. Pray for its quick recovery as well. May we see one day how important the preservation of the earth and its resources are to man's healthy survival.

I am going to ask for a personal prayer from everyone as well for my great niece and nephew--Addison and Cooper Luth,  who have been in a NIC unit on ventilators since they were born on Tuesday. Please send them some healing energy and prayers for their little bodies and lungs. I also ask you to send some prayers of peace and comfort to their parents, Kyle and Lori Luth. They have endured so much chaos these last few days. I wish them peace.

Also, If you have anyone in need who needs extra prayer and energy, feel free to submit their names to the message board and prayers will also be sent to them. Thank you so much for your spirit in my life.

Have a wonderful day and Full moon night!! Bask in the beauty, absorb its beauty and be the beauty.  Lv M

The Year of the Golden Rabbit rears its Head!!

As I told my students at my Chinese New Year of The Golden Rabbit class--because the rabbit lives underground this will be a year of secrecy and unexpected events which will come out of left field, much like a rabbit darting from his hole and appearing out of nowhere with no warning. This year has already proven to be very secret with government strategies in several states passing legislation which is not helpful to its people. Utah, Idaho, and Wisconsin have all tried to pass legislation which is a direct slap in the face to those who have been support by the congress in the past.

The rabbit is also a community animal so we will continue this year to see people bond together to bring change whether it is via protest, uprisings, or formal meetings. We have already seen the trend this year in Libya, Egypt, and Pakistan. We are seeing protest here in the states as well making known the dissatisfaction with the government decisions to take rights away from groups of individuals who have had protection in the past. Idaho is working on taking a tenure for teachers and Wisconsin is working on dissolving union rights. Utah has implemented a privacy law that press and individuals be blocked from basically the interworking of the state government by blocking access to text and email messaging. This trend may go on all year so people will need to be diligent and stay connected and like the rabbit--stay aware of such secret maneuvers, which come from nowhere.

This is the year though that we may see radical change in units of government or religion worldwide. Good and Bad. People who band together may wield incredible power with commitment and focus.

This may also come to pass in your private life as well. We may see people banding together to bring positive changes to everyday quality of life.

Here is an excerpt from page #5  my Xin Mao-Year of the Golden Rabbit Book which is a big concern this year and we have already seen some of it played out on television.  Be sure to place water, water, water in the home to buffer these aspects and calm your energy.

The lack of earth will lend to instability in home, business, government and religion, thus bringing change. This imbalance can lead to a lack of resource and weakened earth energy of the feeling of security and grounding.  We may see more mental breakdowns this year due this lack. Use meditation and reach out for human touch. DO NOT ISOLATE!! WHEN YOU ARE FEELING DOWN—REACH OUT FOR HELP!!

Anxiety may run high this year with rapid heart beat again, especially around the full moon cycle. The important thing is don’t panic, but seek to understand what your body is trying to tell you about the direction your life is going and what you need to do to work through it.

With the lack of water for renewal and cleansing, this may also be a challenging year with a continuing pattern of war. Without the presence of water to weaken and rust metal, the metal aspect is still there symbolizing weapons, aggression, and/or war.  The yang metal in the day and month pillar will seek to influence aggression. The fire in the emotion pillar will agitate an already explosive situation.  We may see more explosions and plane crashes.  Use water, water, water in your home and business to buffer this effect.  The earth may again cause the water to burst from the skies to balance its own water supply.

To help stabilize your home and the world from some of these disasters place a San Sui, which is a picture of calm mountain with water, in the home either at the back or center of the home. Place water in the center of your home this year.

Feng Shui Aspects for March 2011

Feng Shui Aspects for March 2011

Welcome to the year of the Golden Rabbit. With the Golden Rabbit we will see some good months for money and opportunity and bad months for money and opportunity.

The 2nd month of the Chinese New Year is a Rabbit month and begins on March 6th.    This year, March will hold the energy of the monthly Rabbit in tandem with the year’s energy of the Golden Rabbit bringing a double Rabbit influence to the table. .  This month we will have double sectors of good luck and double sectors of instability.

For good fortune, place water and citrine stones in the Northwest of the home or office to enhance money prospects.  Place 6 pieces of metal coin in the Southeast of your home or business.

The Southwest of the home is the intimacy sector. For improved relationships place peonies or pairs of items in the Southwest of your home. This month is lined up for romance and pregnancy.  If you are wishing to get pregnant, you may be able to do so in the Southwest of your home this month.  The rabbit is fertile this year so be careful of any unwanted pregnancies.  We may also see more multiple births this year.

We may see more victory and celebration around family this year as well as divorce and hardship. The stars are lined up for infidelities in marriage this year and this month is especially strong. Being forewarned is forearmed.  Be careful; don’t play if you don’t wish to pay. Be wise in your choices.

March’s monthly flying stars line up with the annual flying star influences and could be chock full of instability and change due to the #7 of instability in the center of the home, business, and universal ba-gua.  To offset this aspect, place water in the center of your home to calm and absorb negative energy.  Also place the color blue.

Be cautious of the areas in the South and East this month. Both areas may be ripe for accidents to the limbs or head.  To further protect your energy, place salt water in the East, either in the form of half salt and half water mixture and/or even a bowl of salt or salt candle or lamp in this area. The salt also absorbs negative energy. You may also place a sigil protection symbol on your front door if your doorway faces either of these directions.   Place a metal wu-lou in the South of your home, bedroom, or office to stave off illness and accident.

This month may also be shrouded in groups jockeying for position of power. We may see more global civil uprising all month. We may see people banding together to get ideas across to those in control whether it is religion, government, private business or home front.  Be kind, be fair, be honest and you will be just fine if faced with conflict. Open all lines of communication when possible.  Again, place water in the center of your home or business to offset this energy. Also add the color blue to the center of your home.  Be aware, you have been warned. Walk away from conflict this month. Next month will be better.

The second day of March begins in opposition with the yin Metal Rooster. The rabbit and rooster, on the zodiac wheel, oppose each other.  This day may energetically cause universal conflict. The flying stars for the month is 7 and the day star is 7. Be extremely careful of any foolish risks today. Don’t threaten, don’t aggress, and don’t look for trouble. You will most certainly find it. Save it for the next day. The next day is a calm water dog day. This energy could linger for a week or two so place salt water in the East and the West to calm and offset the metal energy.  Take no chances today with any aspect of your life—health, money, or relationship.

This is a month to be quiet and prepare and harvest. Take only calculated risks. Real estate this month could be on the upswing. Sadly gas prices will also continue to rise. However, with that said, money and job opportunities could increase and prosper as well for all.

Be sure to make sure your annual flying stars feng shui is in place.
